Sometimes the best events come together quickly.
Just two days before a Ladies Golf Tournament at Timarron Country Club, Charmed-Haven received a call asking if we could provide an interactive experience for the event.
Our answer was yes.
As a corporate event supplier, we've learned how important it is to be prepared for opportunities like this. Event planners don't always have weeks or months to find the final piece of an event. Plans change. Guest counts change. New ideas come up. Sometimes they simply need a trusted vendor who can step in and make it happen.

Golf Tournament Entertainment + A Take-Home Gift
For the tournament, we created a Charmed-Haven bar where guests could choose between making a personalized golf bag tag or a bracelet.
Instead of receiving another standard event giveaway, each woman got to create something herself.
Guests selected the piece they wanted and then browsed the charm bar to find charms that represented them—their interests, style, initials and the people important to them.
One of our favorite parts of the event was seeing how many women used their charms to represent their families. A personalized piece can quickly become a tiny story: initials for children or grandchildren, symbols with special meaning, favorite activities and other little reminders of home.
That's what makes an interactive charm experience different from simply handing someone a promotional item.
The Activity Becomes the Gift
