CoServ's Night to Shine: Celebrating Employees, One Charm at a Time
When CoServ brought employees together for its Night to Shine celebration, Charmed Haven had the opportunity to add a little extra sparkle — and a lot of creativity.
More than 300 employees joined us to create personalized bag tags and paracords during the event. Guests stopped by, selected their favorite colors and charms, and created something they could take home at the end of the night.
What we love about events like this is that the activity becomes more than just a giveaway. It gives employees a reason to stop, gather, talk, laugh, and create something together.
A Hands-On Employee Experience Designed Around Their Theme
We built the charm bar to match the night. CoServ's event committee helped choose feature charms for Night to Shine, including a sparkle ball specialty charm that echoed the sparkle bar centerpieces on every table. Each keepsake became a reminder of the night.
For Night to Shine, we offered two interactive options:
Personalized Bag Tags
Guests created colorful bag tags using charms and accessories that reflected their personalities, interests, and styles.
Paracords
Employees could also build their own Paracord, choosing colors and details to create a fun personalized keepsake.
Offering multiple choices allowed guests to create something that felt personal while keeping the experience easy and engaging for a large group.
Designed for 300 Employees
Large corporate events require more than a fun idea. The experience also has to move efficiently.
For an event with approximately 300 employees, Charmed Haven prepared the materials, organized the displays, and created a setup that allowed guests to easily see their options and move through the experience.
Our goal is always to make the activity simple for the event planner and memorable for the guests.
How It Worked
We prepared for 300 guests: employees and their plus-ones. Our line of tables became the charm bar, and every guest followed the same easy flow:
Start here: choose a bag tag or paracord.
Pick 2 fashion charms from the trays.
Add 1 specialty charm, including the Night to Shine sparkle ball.
Our Charm Tenders assemble it, so guests walk away with a finished keepsake.
Guests moved down the line chatting, comparing picks and helping each other choose. That's the part we love most: the activity turns into conversation.
More Than a Corporate Giveaway
Traditional promotional items certainly have their place, but interactive experiences give employees something more.
Instead of simply receiving an item, guests get to participate in creating it.
That small difference can turn a keepsake into a memory.
Throughout the evening, employees gathered around the Charmed Haven tables, compared what they were making, helped each other choose charms and colors, and walked away with something uniquely their own.
