Who is Charmed Haven?

We’re Amy and Syd, a mother-daughter team who turned our love of Origami Owl into our own adventure — Charmed Haven! We’ve grown into a local favorite for custom charm jewelry, boutique accessories, and DIY charm bar parties. You’ll still find a few beloved Origami Owl pieces mixed in with our own hand-picked collections that make every design uniquely yours.

What is the Charm Bar?

An interactive jewelry experience where guests design custom pieces using two charm styles: Mini Charms (inside glass lockets) and Hanging Charms (attach to chains—single or clustered).

How do I book a Charm Bar party?

Book online on our Events page or message us via Contact. We’ll confirm your date, guest count, and package.

What areas do you serve? Do you travel?

We’re based in Sachse, TX and serve the DFW metroplex. We travel to homes, venues, schools, and offices.

How long is a typical celebration party?
-
Most parties run 60–90 minutes for 8–15 guests. Larger groups or add-ons (like fundraising booths) may require extra time.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We comfortably support 8–40+. For big groups, we’ll add staff or split into stations.

What do hosts need to provide?

A table (or two), good lighting, and nearby outlets if you want our display lighting. We bring charms, chains, tools, mats, displays, and packaging.

Do you offer corporate events or fundraisers?

Yes—ask about corporate gifting, pop-up retail, and school/team fundraisers. We also offer DIY Fundraising Kits.

Are you part of Origami Owl?

We’re no longer affiliated with Origami Owl, but it will always be part of our story! After their 2025 restructure, we became independent legacy wholesalers, continuing to offer select Origami Owl pieces through Charmed Haven, LLC. We’re proud to have grown from that experience and built something even more personal for our customers.

What’s the price range?

Mini Charms: $6-$10 each individually

Charm Bracelets: $15–$30 for the chain and clasp

Charm Necklaces: $20–$40 for the chain and clasp

Keychains & Bag Tags: starting at $15 (great for kids’ parties)
Tax applies. Group pricing available for large events.

How do guests pay?

We accept major cards and tap-to-pay. Hosts may prepay for packages, or guests can add additional purchases onsite.

Do you sell DIY kits?

Yes—DIY Charm Bar Kits for parties at home, classrooms, or team events. Order in any quantity. See Shop or contact us.

Are your chains easy to wear? Do the magnets open easily?

Yes—our featured chains use magnet clasps for quick on/off and everyday comfort.

Are the materials safe? What metals do you use?

We curate nickel-safe and lead-free options to the best of our suppliers’ specs. If you have metal sensitivities, tell us in advance so we can suggest the best metals/finishes.

Do you still carry Origami Owl?

Charmed Haven brings a curated selection along with boutique accessories to complete your look.

What’s the difference between Mini Charms and Hanging Charms?

Mini Charms: tiny keepsakes placed inside lockets.

Hanging Charms: attach onto chains and can be worn alone or grouped.

Can I mix charm styles?

Absolutely—create a locket story with Mini Charms and add a Hanging Charm to your chain for dimension.

Do you help with styling?

Yes—our stylists guide guests to create pieces that match their vibe (classic, playful, luxe, or layered).

What ages is this good for?

Great for age 6+ with adult supervision. Teens and adults love the elevated styling and premium finishes.

Is the experience accessible?

Yes—magnet clasps help with dexterity challenges. We can set up seated stations and adjust lighting. Let us know any needs.

Yes—most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and bulk orders may vary.

What is your return/repair policy?

Unworn items in original packaging can be exchanged within 5 days (event purchases) or 10 days (online) unless marked final sale.

What if I'm looking for something specific or I saw before?

Our stock rotates between pop-ups and charm bars with an emphasis on seasonal. We can't guarantee availability but we'll make our very best effort.
